Delivery

a) All orders over £499 include our free delivery service to any UK mainland address.  
 
 
b) All online orders under £500 are subject to a £35 delivery charge if you live outside of Devon; a charge of £15 applies if you live in Devon outside of EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5 & EX6 postcodes and there is no charge if you live within these postcodes. Delivery charges will amend at checkout stage when purchasing on this website, once you have entered your postcode, for Devon orders.  
 
 
c) We are unable to deliver orders outside of mainland UK, or to the following UK mainland postcodes: KW, IV, PH & AB.  
 
 
d) Delivery of your order will vary depending on your chosen product. We will advise you of the expected waiting time before we confirm your order and take payment. Whilst every effort will be made to meet the required delivery date, we can accept no responsibility for failure to meet any such requested date due to circumstances beyond our control.  
 
 
e) Once your order has been received by us, we will contact you to arrange delivery to your chosen address.  
 
 
f) Delivery to your chosen address is usually within 14 days of your order becoming available in our warehouse.  
 
 
g) Deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified whether your delivery will be either ‘AM’ or ‘PM’.  
 
 
h) We will deliver your order to the room of your choice, as long as there is suitable access to the desired location and there is no health & safety risk to our employees.  
 
 
i) We can accept no responsibility should there be a problem with access for your order to the desired location. In such instances, we will place it to the nearest possible point to that location.  
 
 
j) We are able to remove old furniture, beds or mattresses but this service depends on your location. Please discuss with a sales advisor.  
 
 
k) You must retain any packaging for a period of 7 days following delivery in case you identify a fault and are required to return the item(s).  
 
 
l) If you live in Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset or Devon we will usually use our own staff and delivery vehicles. For most other counties we use reputable third party delivery companies who will deliver your order on our behalf.
