Your salesman, Steve, was so friendly and helpful that we felt it was unnecessary even to seek further quotes from elsewhere – he was a credit to your business, and our purchase with you was as a direct consequence of his help and manner. Equally, your fitter Graeme was wonderful – he took great care, and was a pleasure to have working here.

Dear Sirs,

Just to confirm our sincere thanks for your help and advice when choosing our carpet and double bed.

Wayne for his help in finding a specific shade of 'Green' and, with this in mind it was useful Queenstreet had a comprehensive range of carpets which facilitates choice. And the way Graeme & Chris fitted our carpet was excellent.

Gary & collegues for helping us, 'complete with periods of rest', to find our new double bed. In case you were wondering, our first 'HYPNOS NIGHT' was comfortably restful and successful! And subsequently.

Thanks to Rob & Terry who carefully delivered and put together our Hypnos bed and we appreciate you taking away our old bed.

We ordered some carpeting for our conservatory in August this year which was laid today.

We feel we HAVE to say what an extremely pleasant young man we had here to do the job...He was polite, VERY helpful in many ways and the job in hand was expertly done. We are VERY pleased with his work - the conservatory has been transformed and looks good.
He was a pleasure to have in our house - good workmen who do efficient work are hard to find these days. So a big thank you. Your company will be highly recommended and we will definately use you again.

Dear Mr Dixie,

I recently ordered two sofas from yourself, which I am extremely pleased with. Our house is not the easiest house when it comes to a delivery of furniture, as our lounge and kitchen is upstairs with the stairs being extremely awkward. When our fridge freezer and oven were delivered the delivery drivers from a very well known company, looked at the stairs...and they refused to take it up.

However, when the delivery of my sofa came from your company, I could not believe the difference. Rob and Terry were fantastic they looked at the stairs with no hesitation or concern at all and after tackling the awkward stairwell they delivered the sofa into the lounge with complete care. How they did it, I don't know. But I would like to say a huge thank you to them, especially as they then had to deliver another sofa and go through it all over again. Not only are they a credit to themselves but also to your company, they are professional, couteous, helpful and their customer care is 100% which is very rare these days.

Hello Gary,

The sofabed is great. I haven't slept in it yet, but I do not expect to have problems with noises etc. as it is really solid and well built. Thank you!

The delivery company is also very good. They are friendly and professional, and were extra careful when unloading the sofabed. They had to disassemble it and put it together again, which they did very well. I would suggest you keep on using them. It is a small company but very very good.

I have found them to be exceptional in all respects. Not only are they highly skilled and experienced, they were also an absolute delight to have around. I felt that I could trust them completely, were engaging company and perhaps more importantly did a very fine and thorough job.

They were also very understanding, when they came to take a mark out of my newly fitted velvet carpet. The mark hadn't been left by them at all, as I had at first supposed, and discovered that I was the unwitting culprit.
